When David arrived home from Portland last night, he opened his suitcase to give me handmade presents from our grandbabies. When we next turned around, this is what we saw - Scout saying ... if you go
anywhere again, you
will take me with you! The not so funny part, is she is lying on top of David's Rowan hand-knit sweater! She's got good taste.
I didn't know you had grandbabies. Aren't grandkids just the best? I'm here in Anchorage with mine. Not babies anymore, 19 and 15, which is an interesting age too. Burt and my son in law loved their baby alpaca fisherman scarves. I'm making another now for my grandson to take back to London where he is going to school. Thankfully they had the yarn up here. See you for the next project.
ReplyDeleteHappy, healthy, new year.

p.s. love your pooch. Check my blog for the latest shots of my Monty and his nephew Duncan
Awww, Susan, that is the cutest photo! Somehow, I think Scoutie will still be in that suitcase even when you coax out all the sweaters and clothes! She's probably putting all 4 feet down about David going anywhere!!
ReplyDeleteSusan, this is just the cutest! My dog, Tallulah Mae, crawls into my empty cello case while I practice. Funny dogs...
ReplyDeleteThis is Sherri, the person who still needs to come in for instruction on finishing the, ahem, Christmas stocking!
